Enrollment Process

  1. Fill out the Enrollment Form

    • Click the enrollment form button at the end of this page.

    • Complete all required fields with accurate details.

    • Attach your child's birth certificate to the form.

  2. Confirmation

    • Our team will reach out to you. All payment instructions will be given to you in the email.

    • Once the place is confirmed by us and payment is received, your child will be ready to start their educational adventure with us.

​Fees include:

​

  • Tuition for 10 months in the school year

  • One-time fee for teaching materials

  • Textbooks (if required)

The enrollment fee is €15 per child

​

The fees are allocated to the functioning of the Academy: paying rent, insurance, salaries for teachers and other staff working at the Academy, including the administration and website maintenance. Additionally, the fees cover the costs of continuous professional development for our staff, educational materials, cleaning, utilities, maintenance of facilities, and other relevant activities. These contributions ensure that we can provide a high-quality education and a safe, supportive environment for all our students.

Payment Schedule

​

  • Fixed monthly fee payable for 10 months from September to June inclusive. This means the fee remains the same each month from September to June, regardless of the number of working Saturdays in the month.

3rd Child+ €55

Payment Information

​

  • Tuition fees must be paid for a given month in advance by the 5th day of each month. If the student leaves the school during the month, the tuition is not refundable.

  • One-time fee for teaching materials for the whole year: €25.

  • If textbooks are used in the class, the fee for textbooks depends on the price in the current year.

  • Payment terms are subject to change. Parents will be informed one month in advance of any changes.

Payment Process

After receiving the application and confirming the reservation in a specific group, we will send a payment link. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
